Why support Radio ARA?

- Radio ARA is an independant Radio – an alternative voice for music, oppinions, topics and communities, who have no space in mainstream media. Professionals, volunteers and associations produce their own shows. On our frequencies youth also have a voice, whithin Graffiti, the youth-shows on Radio ARA, where they can present their projects and ideas.
- Running a radiostation costs money! Technical equipment, administartiv staff, rent payment, etc Due to the pandemic and the shifting of pulicity from radio to digital distribution, we lost a lot of income. Small donations and subsidies from the government are not sufficent to keep everything running.
- to maintain the media pluralism in Luxembourg and to give a voice to citizens, we demand that Luxembourg politicians recognize the importance of community media and support them
